Your Course or Lecture
Step 2. You will be taken to a reservation page where you will choose the specific session(s) you want to attend. If you are a new registrant on this system, you will be required to create an account by filling in your contact information.
If you are an existing registrant,
you may enter your name on the left side of the screen and the system will search for your registration information.
After you’ve made your reservation(s), you’ll need to click the Pay Pal Cart button on the “Thank you” screen. This will open a separate Pay Pal screen where you may pay with either your Pay Pal account or credit card and confirm/finalize your Registration.
Step 3. Upon successful check out you’ll be taken to a hidden Earth Matters web site page with location address and directions.
Step 4. Once you’ve completed both your session reservation(s), and payment you will then receive a confirmation email. This can take up to 24 hours. Be patient!
Step 5. Download our Liability Release form, which includes the Registration and Attendance Terms and Policies as listed below. Please read this document thoroughly. Sign it and bring it with you when arriving at your first session.
Don’t want to pay online? If you do not want to pay for your session online, you may download an Earth Matters Registration form (Adobe Reader required) and fill it out and fax it to our office. This will reserve your space in session(s) but it is not a guaranteed space, if the session sells out with credit card registrants.
Want More? You can always go back to www.EarthMatters.biz to register for additional Lectures, etc. Using the same procedure as above..

• The 15% discount is based upon registering for 4 Lectures in one single registration.
• As a cancellation policy is provided, out of consideration to potential changes in a registrant’s schedule, the 15% will be refunded when you’ve attended your 4th Lecture.
